BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Holidays:
In order for cleaning of premises, check in to all properties will be after 4pm on arrival day and accommodation should be vacated by 10 am on departure day. Luggage may be stored at Haus Salzburg where necessary.
Bookings:
Self catered chalets/apartments - A deposit of 30% of full cost of holiday
Hotels - 150 euros per person
Transfers made into the Austrian bank account must be made in euros. If guests transfer pounds there will be costs incurred with the banks in Austria for converting your currency and these costs will be the responsibility of the person transferring the money.
If PayPal is used please note that they charge 3.5% and this charge should be added to any payments made into our account.
The balance of the holiday cost is due eight weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. We DO NOT ISSUE REMINDERS and should the balance remain outstanding we will assume you have cancelled your booking, although you will be responsible for the full cost of the holiday should we be unable to re-let the accommodation. For all cancellations, in the event of a re-let then deposits will be returned in full although an administration fee of 20 euros per person will be deducted. If the accommodation is not re-let the deposit will not be refunded. Please note we do not acknowledge payments.
In respect of wedding deposits – we require 30% of the wedding cost in order to book your wedding with the balance being due no later than 8 weeks prior to the wedding date. This deposit is non refundable.
Credit Card Payments:
Payments made by credit card will incur a 2.5% charge and for debit cards the fee is 1% charge. Credit cards cannot be used to make payments for accommodation other than Haus Salzburg.
Once a booking is confirmed by ourselves by post or email, a contract is then deemed to be formed.
If you book within eight weeks of your holiday date, the whole cost of the holiday is required as a condition of the booking.
It is advisable to take out an appropriate insurance policy to cover any cancellation that may be necessary for whatever reason.
Chalet Maria:
Bed linen is supplied but you will need to supply your own towels. All fuel costs are included in the cost of the holiday. Keys are collected from Haus Salzburg.
Alm Apartment and Chalet Ryder:
Bed linen and towels are provided. All fuel costs are included in the cost of the holiday. Keys are collected from Haus Salzburg.
Mitterlere Sonnleiten:
Bed linen is provided but you will need to supply your own towels. All fuel costs are included in the cost of the holiday. Keys are collected from Haus Salzburg.
Sonnleiten House and Sonnleiten Studio:
Bed linen is supplied but you will need to supply your own towels. All fuel costs are included in the cost of the holiday. Keys are collected from Haus Salzburg.
Haus Salsburg:
Towels and hair dryers are supplied.
Hotels:
Towels are supplied
Liability:
No liability is accepted in respect of loss or damage to the client or any member of the party, their baggage, or car and contents.
Complaints:
If it is felt that there are reasonable grounds for complaint about your stay we must be informed immediately so that appropriate action can be taken during your stay. No such matters can be dealt with after completion of your holiday.
Access:
There may be from time to time, need to gain access to the properties in order to carry out essential maintenance work. Wherever possible this would be by prior arrangement.
